FKA Twigs may just be the most reliable musician EVER! With a visual out-put surpassing the likes of, well, every other musician in 2014 with her collaboration with Nabil for "Two Weeks" and the unforgettable "Video Girl", Twigs now hits us all with her latest self-directed video for "Pendulum". It's next to impossible to detect that this is her first shot at directing. Not only does she visually capture the crass desperation and longing whispered through her lyrics and audio through images of constraint as she is somewhat uncomfortably tied by her braided her and suspended mid air, but she captures in equal measure her sense of sexual vulnerability and empowerment in a way no other video director could have.
