Rumours were once thrown about that there would be a sequal to David Lynch's 2001 disasterpiece Mulholland Dr. Now this would simply be asking to much of the guy. To defuse such rumours it has been argued that Lynch's Inland Empire (2006) was his response to Mulholland but that's another debate all together.
After five years of hard lived anticipation for any news of a new project, this week it has finally been revealed that Lynch is not returning back to cinema or even art, but is to open a club in Paris. A club that will replicate the psychosexual activities of Club Silencio featured in the film Mulholland Dr itself.
So what is to be expected? Voiceless singers? Blonde wigged lesbian? Locked rooms? Blue Keys? Cowboys? Hobo's? CoCo? Prepare yourself for a royal head fuck. Recreational enhacements certainly will not be needed.
